LVDEL  LineNumber (or -1 for current line)

    Will delete the line with the line number given, or, if -1
    is given, the current line the LV is at.

    IMPORTANT : if the current line is deleted then the previous line
    becomes the current one, unless it's the first line in the listview, 
    whereby the new top line becomes the current line.
