right 3 count
begin : right foot for left  
right foot up and jump with left foot  
land on right foot and kick ass with left 1
put left foot down for right 2
close right foot behind left foot and weight on right foot 3

left 3  
same as right 3 but left is right and right is left  

This step can be performed forwards, backwards or on the spot.
It depends on where you land with the first jump.

right 7 count
jump with left foot, right foot to knee or ass, depending on beginposition  
land on left foot 1
put right foot down to the right 2
close left foot behind the right 3
put right foot down to the right 4
close left foot behind the right 5
put right foot down to the right 6
close left foot behind the right 7

left 7  
same as right 7 but left is right and right is left  

right skip-1-2-3 count
jump with left foot, right foot to knee or ass, depending on beginposition  
land on left foot skip
put right foot down for left foot 1

same as right skip-1-2-3 but left is right and right is left
